Part 3. Where nuclear weapon comes from.

In the second part of it was shown, that the atomic explosion is possible by the help U235 or Pu239. In nature U235 compounds only 0,71 % of all uranium ores, but Pu239 does not exist at all in nature.

Therefore, for creation of nuclear charges production U235 and Pu239 is necessary. Production of these members takes place during a so-called nuclear - fuel cycle ensuring obtaining of a fissile material. It's material, which will be used in nuclear reactors for implementation of chain reaction.

The chart of a nuclear - fuel cycle is adduced in chart 3.

It is necessary to mark, that the process of obtaining both waste-handling of a fissile material is extremely folded also roads, and consequently is accessible only to states possessing highly developed science and the applicable know-hows.

In avoidance spreading of nuclear weapon by the ground and exception of hit it in the unstable and unpredictable states in 1968г. in Geneva the Agreement about a non-proliferation of nuclear weapons " was concluded ". According to this agreement the states possessing nuclear weapon, undertake not to transmit nuclear weapon to somebody, not to help, not to encourage and not to provoke any state which is not possessing nuclear weapon, to production or to acquisition it by any different way.

The states which are not possessing nuclear weapon, undertake not to receive nuclear weapon, not to effect and not to gain nuclear weapon, not to achieve and not to receive any help in production of nuclear weapon.

Thus, the extraordinary complication of production and high cost of a creation of nuclear weapon, on the one hand, and presence of measures on non-distribution, on the other hand, makes a rather problematic capability of legal obtaining of nuclear weapon.

For  those who wish all the same to receive it, there are only two capabilities: to create nuclear weapon independently, without assistance or to attempt to gain indispensable reductants for its production clandestinely.

The reliable information on this problem in materials, accessible to me, is not enough and itŐs very difficult to make definite conclusions. It is considered, that now nuclear weapon or reductants for its production, except for five permanent members of Advice of Safety of the United Nations, have: India, Pakistan and, probably also, Israel, Republic of South Africa and Northern Korea. Presumably about forty states have reserves of weapon uranium. A number from these states has own fields of uranium and has a potential to create nuclear weapon independently. Others make attempts to buy nuclear materials illegally.

In particular, in the press there is an information, that Iraq and Northern Korea actively bought the uranium on " the black market ".

Besides there is even more alarming information on attempts of obtaining of access to nuclear materials by different terroristic organizations, in particular, Al-Qa'ida and Chechen terrorists.
